Your Journey So FarProven experience as a Commis I or in a similar role aboard a cruise line or in a luxury hotel environment. Strong foundation in international and fine dining cuisine, with knowledge of food preparation techniques and plating aesthetics. Familiarity with high-volume galley operations while maintaining impeccable quality and efficiency. Experience working within strict food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with international standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Your EssentialsRelevant culinary qualifications or certifications in professional cookery. Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus. Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations. Ability to adapt to a high-energy work environment while upholding luxury service standards.
