ASAP: Visual Designer (Creative Services)

Create and deliver high-quality visual content for corporate communications (online, events, leadership messaging) Develop fresh, modern creative concepts aligned with communication goals Ensure consistency with and guidelines and visual standards across all channels Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide consulting on visual communication projects Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies (incl. GenAI) Apply strong conceptual thinking to translate ideas into impactful visual outcomes High impact & visibility Growth & ownership Degree or apprenticeship in Graphic Design (EFZ/CFC or Bachelor's) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced corporate environment Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Mac OS Fluent in English Solid conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Structured, independent working style with strong prioritization skills under pressure Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills Interest and hands-on experience with GenAI tools and openness to new technologies Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Opportunity to work on high-impact, global communication projects High level of ownership with responsibility for end-to-end creative projects Collaborative, creative team environment in an international setting Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic communication topics Strong focus on innovation, including the use of GenAI and modern design tools Attractive development opportunities within a dynamic organization.
