Duration: until 31.01.2027- with possibility of extension Responsabilities:
- Analyse the current CoI Register process and identify opportunities for automation
- Explore and assess solution options for an automated IT workflow, e.g. on Flowable or ServiceNow
- Gather and document business requirements together with the framework owner
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications
- Align stakeholders from Compliance, Business and IT on scope, priorities and approach
- Prepare recommendations and documentation to support decision-making
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment
- Strong track record in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements
- Technical understanding of IT workflow and process automation solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. German is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of Flowable and/or ServiceNow
- Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP, IREB, IIBA)
- Experience with Conflict of Interest, governance or regulatory frameworks in financial services
