Senior Client Executive - Strategic New Business (m/w/d)

In the role of Senior Client Executive - Strategic New Business (m/w/d) for our offices in Central Europe, you will take on responsibility for our customers in the Discrete Manufacturing industry. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, build trusting customer relationships and develop forward-thinking solutions. Your contribution strengthens business success and the sustainable expansion of our partnerships.

The role can be carried out from our Zurich office in Kloten, Switzerland. Regular travel within the DACH region and to Paris is planned for close collaboration with colleagues and customers.

• Drive Enterprise Acquisition: Identify and secure new enterprise clients across the manufacturing sector for our CAD, PLM, MES and Simulation portfolios.
• Target Strategic Accounts: Formulate and execute tailored territory strategies focused on high-fit enterprise prospects.
• Engage Executive Leaders: Form deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders, diagnosing core operational bottlenecks and tailoring value-driven solutions.
• Orchestrate Complex Deals : Guide multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through rigorous discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, and closing. Partner seamlessly with technical pre-sales, product champions and delivery teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain Pipeline Velocity: Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline to ensure predictable top-line growth.
• Leverage Market Intelligence: Synthesize market insights, competitor movements, and technology trends to keep our value proposition ahead of the curve.
   

• A self-driven, autonomous, and curious personality with a natural drive to uncover business challenges and explore new solutions.
• Demonstrated experience closing complex enterprise SaaS, cloud, or industrial digital transformation solutions.
• Consistent history of quota overachievement with repeatable $1M+ deal sizes.
• Established expertise selling into C-level suites (CIO, CTO, VP of Engineering/Manufacturing) within large-scale enterprises.
• Strong mastery of consultative methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, Value Selling).
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or French is a strong advantage.
