Deine Aufgaben
Gestalte die digitale Zukunft der Financial Services Industry!
Die Finanzbranche befindet sich im Umbruch: KI, Automatisierung und digitale Plattformen verändern Geschäftsmodelle und Prozesse. Als Teil unseres Financial Services Industry Teams wirst du zum strategischen Partner für unsere Kunden - und treibst ihre Transformation aktiv voran.
- Leitung komplexer Transformationsprojekte mit Fokus auf digitale Innovation und KI-getriebene Lösungen
- Entwicklung strategischer Roadmaps für die digitale Transformation und neue Geschäftsmodelle
- Brückenbauer zwischen Business und IT: Übersetze Geschäftsanforderungen in technologische Lösungen
- Analyse und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen, um Effizienz, Kostenstruktur und Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern
- Beratung auf C-Level und Durchführung von Workshops, um Organisationen fit für den Wandel zu machen
- Innovationstreiber: Identifiziere Trends und Technologien, die die FSI-Branche prägen
- Change-Management begleiten, inkl. Kommunikations- und Schulungskonzepte
- Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch proaktive Beratung und massgeschneiderte Lösungen
- Der Fokus der Tätigkeiten liegt auf Kunden aus der Rückversicherungs- und Versicherungsbranche, mit der Option, auch Projekte im Banken- und Asset-Management-Umfeld zu übernehmen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Unternehmensberatung oder im Financial-Services-Umfeld
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Ownership: Du erkennst Chancen und setzt Impulse für Innovation.
- Strategisches Denken und Leadership-Skills für die Steuerung komplexer Projekte
- Technologieverständnis in digitalen Plattformen, Cloud-Lösungen und KI-Anwendungen
- Projektmanagement-Exzellenz (Zertifizierungen wie PMP, Prince2 oder Agile/Scrum von Vorteil)
- Analytische Stärke und Business-Sense, um datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu gestalten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
