Your Journey So FarProven experience as a Lounge Butler, Butler, or in a similar high-end hospitality role, preferably onboard a cruise ship or in a luxury hotel environment. 

Strong background in personalized guest service, with a deep understanding of fine dining, premium beverages, and upscale hospitality standards. 

Ability to anticipate guest preferences and deliver tailored experiences with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. 

A passion for delivering world-class service, maintaining high attention to detail, and excelling in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. 

Your EssentialsRelevant hospitality qualifications or certifications in luxury service, fine dining, or butler training. 

Fluency in English (oral and written) and at least one additional European language. 

Strong knowledge of premium beverage service, fine dining etiquette, and VIP guest management. 

A proactive, adaptable, and polished approach to guest service, with a commitment to excellence. 

The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic onboard environment.
