We are looking for an experienced and proactive Communication Project Specialist to join a dynamic international environment. Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering communication initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging, strong engagement, and effective project execution.

The ideal candidate combines excellent project management capabilities with strong content creation skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Manage communication projects from planning through execution, acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, align communication activities, and support strategic initiatives.
• Organize and deliver internal events, workshops, and engagement activities, including logistics, content coordination, and execution.
• Create and adapt engaging communication content across various formats, including digital, multimedia, and visual assets.
• Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership teams and internal audiences.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and support the visibility of key projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with external agencies and service providers when required.

The Successful Applicant:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, content creation, social media, or a related field.
• Previous experience within an agency environment is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders across international and matrix organizations.
• Experience creating digital and multimedia content, including basic video editing and visual content development.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English and French are required;
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
