The one thing they all have in common is that they seek to challenge the status quo, are imaginative and have the ability to offer a fresh perspective.Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd in Geneva is looking for a candidate to fulfil the following mission statement:VIP User SupportYOUR MISSION: Manage requests and problems for internal VIPs;L1 and L2 support dedicated to VIPs (workstations, office and business applications, mobility in particular)Advise VIPs on their non-standard needs (organisation of events, choice of equipment);Collaborate closely with the Technological Infrastructure teams (knowledge of IT platform, projects, environment and standards);Manage migrations of VIP workstations and sensitive applications;Regularly carry out the administrative tasks;Maintain up-to-date documentation of the specific procedures put in place.Participate in weekend and public holiday on-call (piquets).YOUR PROFILE:Completed an apprenticeship, Bachelor’s degree is advantageous;At least 2 years’ experience in a similar function;Good knowledge of MS Teams, Webex;Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365;Excellent knowledge of Apple environment (Mac OS, iOS and iCloud) and their products;High level of initiative and commitment with a “hands-on” approach to get things done and solve issues;Strong organisation skills, ability to handle pressure and to work independently as well as a good team player;Very presentable;Excellent customer service and communication skills;Languages - Fluent in French and English;Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
