On Senior Specialist - New Store Openings Project Manager, DMS

We are looking for a Retail Project Manager to drive the new store opening process for our partners-led Retail stores globally. In this role, you will elevate the new store opening process by leading new store openings project management and driving seamless execution. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store launches while fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your Mission

• Drive project management for new retail store openings worldwide, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Construction and Regions) and external distributor partners to deliver successful store launches.
• Ensure all elements of store readiness are executed to deliver a premium customer experience from day one on (e.g. training, merchandising, operational setup...).
• Act as the single point of contact for the global retail team and senior leadership throughout the new store opening process for partner-led stores
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans to ensure transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Gather, organize and share project learnings with project stakeholders.
• Participate in site analysis and support the development of comprehensive project briefs.

Your Story

• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role working with distributor partners, previous experience in premium retail and/ or the sports industry is a plus. You have strong experience in project management from start to finish coordinating cross-functional teams.
• You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement.
• You have a deep understanding of Retail and Operational Excellence and can effectively advocate for it across diverse stakeholder groups.
• You are curious to work globally across different cultures.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are thriving in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
