- Steuerung von projektbezogenen Beschaffungsaufgaben, von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
- Mitglied des Kernprojektteams mit direktem Beitrag zum Projekterfolg und zur Unternehmensstrategie
- Verantwortung für den Beschaffungsumfang in Kundenprojekt in Bezug auf Termin, Qualität und Kosten
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus Kundenverträgen in der strategischen Beschaffung und im Warengruppenmanagement
- Leitung von Projektsitzungen und Abklärungen innerhalb der Beschaffungs- und Projektorganisation, inkl. Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Evaluation und Betreuung von Lieferanten im Kundenland (inkl. Lokalisierung /Offset) sowie Durchführung internationaler Marktanalysen
- Eskalationsstufe für Beschaffungsvorgänge innerhalb und außerhalb der Organisation, sowie Unterstützung bei der Suche nach alternativen Lösungen um den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Technische Grundausbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hoher Affinität für komplexe Projekte und technische Problemstellungen.
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf, Supply Chain oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der projektbezogenen Beschaffung oder im strategischen Einkauf im Industrieumfeld
- Erfahrung im Projektumfeld von Investitionsgütern, idealerweise im Multiprojektumfeld.
- Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Steuerung und Kommunikation über verschiedene Stakeholder-Ebenen hinweg
- Vertragssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
