Global Commercial Lead FA

Biogen seeks an experienced Global Commercial Lead to drive global commercialization strategy and oversee marketing initiatives across therapeutic areas. The role combines short-term revenue optimization with long-term lifecycle management and strategic planning in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global commercialization strategies to maximize revenue and meet annual targets
- Lead Global Marketing team in creating campaigns, messaging, and omni-channel content strategies
- Own target product profile and drive asset value maximization through launch and lifecycle phases
- Provide commercial insights for long-term strategic decisions including lifecycle management and expansion
- Partner with regional teams and affiliates to forecast opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline
- At least 15 years of pharma or biotech commercial experience
- Proven biotech product launch experience with direct affiliate in-market exposure
- Experience in rare disease, transplant, neuro, or immunology sectors
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, or PhD)
- P&L management experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years of ex-US international experience strongly preferred
