Relationship manager assistant - Family Office

A growing international Family Office based in Zug. Assist with client onboarding processes and documentation collection. Support KYC, AML, FATCA and regulatory reviews. Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is up to date. Liaise with banks, external advisors, and service providers. Assist with account opening and administrative follow-up. Coordinate client requests and provide day-to-day administrative support. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of operational tasks. Support management with various administrative and organizational matters. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. You are based around Zug/Zurich area You have a small experience in a Bank 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally gained through an internship or junior role within private banking, wealth management, fiduciary services, or a Family Office. Basic understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, FATCA, and onboarding processes. Familiarity with the private banking or wealth management environment is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Flexible, versatile, and willing to take ownership of a variety of tasks. Service-minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Open-minded, positive, and eager to learn. Ability to work both independently and within a small entrepreneurial team. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Fluent English is required; He ew is a strong asset.
