Aufgaben
- Unterstützung mehrerer Führungsmitglieder
- Verwaltungsaufgaben, Agendakoordination, Organisation von Meetings
- Komplexe Reiseorganisationen
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding
- Ansprechsperson für Facility Management
Anforderungen
- Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Postion in einer international tätigen Firma
- Projekterfahrung und stark in Präsentationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigket, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit
