Our client, an international company in the financial services sector with a strong presence across Switzerland, is looking for support at its Zug office. Job Description:
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the team if needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and calls.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Native or fluent English skills are essential; French is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. What's on Offer:
