• Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning work environment.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the team if needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and calls.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant:
• Previous experience in administrative or office management roles.
• Native or fluent English skills are essential; French is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
