• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Advise stakeholders on Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
• Support annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent management, and compensation cycles.
• Coordinate with payroll, talent acquisition, legal, and shared services teams.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management.
• Contribute to HR projects and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
The Successful Applicant:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or in a similar HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Solid background in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools; Workday experience is a plus.
