For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Target:

Produce 8 high-quality wholesome 3D animated YouTube Shorts per month (30 seconds each, 2 per week) that match the realistic Zack D Films style.

Tasks:

- Receive script + AI voiceover from us

- Animate 30-second Shorts in realistic 3D

- We're working on providing 3D assets, but for now being able to source or create models, characters, and environments is needed

- Add background music and basic sound effects

- Sync animation to voiceover audio

- Deliver finished videos ready to upload

- Adapt animations to Spanish voiceovers

Key KPIs: on-time weekly delivery, style consistency with references, viewer retention and engagement.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- Experience in realistic 3D animation (any level welcome if portfolio matches the style)

- Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, or C4D

- We're working on providing 3D assets, but can't guarantee it yet — being able to source free models (Sketchfab, TurboSquid, Mixamo) or create your own is a plus

- Basic sound design — selecting background music and syncing SFX

- Understanding of camera movement, composition, and pacing

- English: working level (B1+)

- Plus: experience animating for YouTube or social media

The selection process

- Stage 1: Fill out our application form

- Stage 3: Free test task — animate a 25-second Short using script and voiceover we provide (4 days deadline). You can add a watermark for security.

- Stage 4: Review and decision (1-2 days)

- Decision speed: within 1 week from application
