Sie werden die Unterstützung des Events & Experiences Regional Teams in der Fashion Swiss Markets Region (Schweiz, Lateinamerika & Indien) sein, um aussergewöhnliche Erlebnisse für verschiedene Kundensegmente zu orchestrieren, unsere Kunden kontinuierlich zu überraschen und zu begeistern und so CHANELs Autorität als Luxusführer zu stärken.
AUFGABEN
Ihre Rolle wird hauptsächlich darin bestehen, das Folgende zu unterstützen:
- Kommunikation mit dem globalen Team & den lokalen Marktteams
- Zielgruppenbestimmung & Analyse der Auswirkungen von Events & Erlebnissen vor und nach diesen
Aufgeteilt in 2 Hauptthemen:
EVENTS
- Unterstützung der Märkte bei der Organisation der Einrichtungen und aller Eventdetails wie Dekoration, Catering, Unterhaltung, Transport, Standort, Gästeliste, besondere Gäste, Ausstattung, Werbematerial etc.
- Unterstützung der Märkte bei den Kommunikationsmitteln
- Dokumentation der Nach-Event-Feedbacks zur Analyse von Erfolgsbereichen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
- Konsolidierung der Wettbewerbsbeobachtung (Berichterstattung, Austausch von Erkenntnissen)
ERLEBNISSE
- Reibungslose Koordination der Logistik für jedes Erlebnis mit grosser Detailgenauigkeit und Reaktionsfähigkeit. Einschliesslich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Einladungsmanagement, Geschenkvorbereitungen und Buchungsmanagement.
- Konsolidierung von Feedbacks nach den Erlebnissen, um unsere Wirkung zu verstehen und Verbesserungen zu maximieren
IHR PROFIL
Student einer Business School oder Universität (Master-Niveau), Sie haben erste erfolgreiche Erfahrungen im Luxusbereich oder im Eventbereich.
Sie haben ein starkes Interesse am Mode- & Luxussektor.
Ihre Reaktionsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit kombiniert mit Ihrem Sinn für Details und ausgeprägten Organisationsfähigkeiten werden wesentliche Stärken sein, um Ihre Aufgaben zu erfüllen.
Sie sprechen fliessend Englisch.
