Ihr Einfluss bei Chanel
Als Praktikant im Mode-Marketing in der Boutique spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Unterstützung von Marketingaktivitäten, der Belebung der Kundenkommunikation und der Organisation von Veranstaltungen für die Genfer Modeboutique. Sie helfen dabei, das Kundenerlebnis zu stärken und die Exzellenz des CHANEL-Images in Genf sicherzustellen.
Ihre Aufgaben
Kundenkommunikation & Engagement
- Konsolidierung der Kommunikationsbedürfnisse für jede Kollektion (physische und digitale Mittel).
- Sicherstellung der Koordination der Kundenmarketingkampagne, unter Berücksichtigung der Marktempfehlungen, Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams (FA) und Nachverfolgung ihrer 1-zu-1-Kommunikation (digital und Print).
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Mailingkampagnen und Geschenkstrategien, deren Kommunikation an die Teams & Nachverfolgung
Veranstaltungen & Kundenerlebnis
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Kundenaktivierungskalenders und der Veranstaltungsorganisation (Cocktails, Boutique-Erlebnisse, Kollektionseinführungen).
- Beitrag zur Veranstaltungslogistik: Einladungen, Geschenke, Koordination der Lieferanten, Kommunikationsmittel, Nachbereitung der Veranstaltung.
- Konsolidierung von Feedback und Durchführung von Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen in der Stadt.
- Unterstützung des Hospitality-Teams bei der Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses in der Boutique und der Einführung von Boutique-Dienstleistungen.
- Verfolgung & Belebung des Teams rund um unsere Monitoring-Tools für das Kundenerlebnis: Pulse-Index & Voice of Clients
Profil
- Master-Student (Business School oder Universität) mit starkem Interesse an Mode und Luxus
- Vorherige Erfahrung (Praktikum oder Projekt) im Marketing, bei Veranstaltungen oder in der Kundenanalyse
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten (KPI, CRM, Reporting)
- Kenntnisse in Excel
- Hoch organisiert, detailorientiert und sorgfältig
- Proaktiv, teamorientiert, mit starken zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
- Fließend in Französisch und Englisch.
