Team Lead Products & Projects (w/m/d)
Deine Hauptaufgaben
Team Lead / Teamleitung- Führung eines 5-köpfigen Teams auf Augenhöhe
- Coaching, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Performance Management und regelmässige Feedbackgespräche, die motivieren und Klarheit schaffen
- Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und effizienten Produkt- und Projektvorgehens
- Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
- Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten für unsere komplexen Softwareprojekte im Bereich des Öffentlichen Verkehrs
- Übernahme von Projekten mit technischem Hintergrund
- Überwachung und Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts, Budgets und Qualität
- Ausarbeitung von Fachkonzepten inkl. Angebotserstellung
- Entwickeln und Kommunizieren von Visionen für Kundenlösungen
- Aktive Betreuung der Stakeholder und deren Bedürfnissen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Berichten und Statusaktualisierungen
- Ableitung und Sicherung von Best Practices und Lessons Learned
- Unterstützung beim Risikomanagement und Problembehebung innerhalb der Projekte
Dein Profil
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und im Projektmanagement mit (mind. 5 Jahre).
- Du verfügst über ERP-Erfahrung und verstehst, wie IT-Dienstleister Kundenprojekte und Anforderungen begleiten.
- Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung und lebst einen partizipativen Führungsstil.
- Die gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools gehören zu deinem daily business.
- Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, übersetzt sie in digitale Anforderungen und behältst dabei stets das unternehmerische Ziel im Blick.
- Du denkst analytisch und kannst komplexe Themen verständlich erklären.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist organisiert und strukturiert und du übernimmst Verantwortung für dich und dein Team.
- Du kommunizierst klar, adressatengerecht und auf Augenhöhe in stilsicherem Deutsch und gutem Englisch.
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbarem hast und
- Erfahrung mit Technologien im API- und Cloud-Umfeld mitbringst und
- dich sogar noch in Jira bereits auskennst,
