- Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Salesforce-Projekte - von der Analyse bis zum Go-Live und Hypercare.
- Du kombinierst Business-Analyse und Delivery, priorisierst Anforderungen und übersetzt sie in umsetzbare Roadmaps.
- Du steuerst Scope, Budget, Zeitplan und Risiken und stellst eine qualitativ hochwertige Delivery sicher.
- Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und arbeitest eng mit internen wie externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
- Du agierst als Trusted Advisor, leitest Workshops und Steering Committees und präsentierst Ergebnisse.
- Du verantwortest SOWs, Change Requests und Forecast, gemeinsam mit Management und Architektur-Teams.
- Du bringst dich im Pre-Sales und in Angebotsprozesse ein und achtest dabei auf Machbarkeit und Business Value.
- Du etablierst klare Delivery-Routinen und sorgst für Qualität und Transparenz entlang des gesamten Projektverlaufs.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in Salesforce-Projekten oder grösseren CRM-Transformationen, idealerweise über mehrere Clouds hinweg.
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Projektleitungs-, Business-Analyse- und Delivery-Skills mit und kommunizierst sicher und partnerschaftlich mit allen Stakeholdern.
- Du bist vertraut mit Integrationen, Datenflüssen und Deployment-Prozessen - beispielsweise rund um SAP, Middleware oder Data Lakes.
- Du bist erfahren in Ausschreibungen, Aufwandsschätzungen, Governance und der Erstellung von SOWs.
- Zertifizierungen wie PMI-PMP, Scrum Master oder Salesforce Consultant/Admin sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse
