The Job :

• Manage and animate a team of 7 engineers.

• Maintain the competences of the team and stay aware the new technics and developments.

• Establish the budgets of r department.

• Analyse customers’ specifications.

• Justify and optimize structures’ design following standards and in all environments: static, dynamic, thermal, etc.

• Make the technical documents of all the projects’ phases including for vibration and acoustic tests.

• Attend the meeting internally and with customers.

You :

• EPF Master degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience on flight equipment.

• are able to perform all mechanical analyses types: static, modal, frequency response, shock, vibro-acoustic, thermal and thermo-elastic for metallic and fiber reinforced materials.

• master Nastran. The knowledge of FEMAP would be an asset.

• know ECSS standards.

• are fluent in English and French, written and spoken, capable to defend r technical solutions in both languages.

• Good organization skills, autonomy and efficiency are required, completed with and a real driving force.
