Executive Assistant to CEO (Private Banking)

Our client is a private bank. < >< > Executive Support Provide seamless, high-level administrative support to the CEO Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars, ensuring optimal prioritization Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders < >< > Coordination & Communication Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners < >< > Operational & Project Support Support ad hoc projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Assist in the preparation of board-level documents when required Bring structure and efficiency to administrative processes < >< > Personal Assistance (approx. 10%) Provide limited personal support to the CEO (e.g. appointments, reservations, logistics) Ensure a smooth integration between professional and personal scheduling where needed Provide high-level, proactive executive support to the CEO Deliver a mix of professional (?90%) and personal (?10%) assistance Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level, ideally within a fast paced environment Strong command of English (written and spoken) and fluent French Swiss resident (mandatory) Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with digital tools and systems Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs Flexible, highly available, and service-oriented mindset Absolute discretion, professionalism, and reliability 1 day of home office per week.
