Pour notre client, basé à Genève, nous recherchons activmenent un-e Customer Care Officer à 100%
Votre mission : -Gérer les commandes clients de bout en bout jusqu'à l'expédition
-Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et construire une relation de confiance
-Répondre aux demandes, traiter les réclamations et résoudre les problèmes efficacement
-Gérer les modifications de commandes, retours clients et litiges
-Collaborer quotidiennement avec les équipes ventes, logistique et planification
-Communiquer efficacement et adapter le mode de communication selon l'urgence
-Participer aux réunions de planification de la demande
-Identifier des axes d'amélioration et participer à des projets d'optimisation
-Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'expérience client et des processus internes
-Maintenir des données clients précises (contrats, conditions, exigences spécifiques)
-Préparer des notes de crédit/débit et traiter les non-conformités
-Assurer le suivi des prévisions clients et collaborer avec la planification Votre profil : -Formation universitaire
-Expérience : 3 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire (relation client / service client)
- Langues : français + anglais (C1)
-Bonne maîtrise de SAP
-Excellente orientation client
-Capacités d'organisation et gestion des priorités
-Aisance relationnelle et communication
-Esprit d'analyse et résolution de problèmes
-Gestion des situations complexes et conflits
-Sens des affaires et compréhension des processus logistiques
