Nous recrutons, pour le compte de l'un de nos clients basé à Genève, un(e) Business Development Officer dans le cadre d'un contrat temporaire.

Vos missions :

Identifier et analyser de nouvelles opportunités de développement commercial et de croissance
Conduire des études de marché (tendances, concurrence, besoins clients) afin d'orienter la stratégie
Participer à la création et au développement de nouvelles offres, produits ou services
Piloter et coordonner des projets de développement, de la phase d'idéation jusqu'à leur mise en ?uvre
Évaluer la viabilité des projets (analyse des risques, rentabilité, faisabilité)
Développer et entretenir un réseau de partenaires et de parties prenantes
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer le déploiement des initiatives
Suivre la performance des actions mises en place et proposer des axes d'amélioration
Réaliser des reportings réguliers et formuler des recommandations stratégiques
Assurer une veille active sur les évolutions du marché et les innovations

Votre profil :

Expérience en business development, gestion de projets ou analyse de marché
Bonne compréhension des enjeux de développement commercial
Capacité à analyser des données et formuler des recommandations
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à développer un réseau
Autonome, organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets
Esprit analytique et orienté résultats
À l'aise avec les outils digitaux
Anglais courant
