Office & Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) Die unisite ag ist ein Dienstleister im Bereich Employer Branding & Talent Management. Wir beraten Kunden aus den Bereichen Chemie, Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device & Life Sciences. Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, ein Unternehmen im Bereich Life Sciences, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n: Office & Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) 100% Standort: Raum Basel Aufgabenbereich
- Koordination und Organisation der administrativen Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
- Bearbeitung des zentralen E-Mail-Verkehrs sowie allgemeiner Korrespondenz
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination interner Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Projekten
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Freude daran, Prozesse mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Flexible, belastbare und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
