Job Overview The Sr. Manager, Process Engineering provides strategic and technical leadership for manufacturing and process engineering activities supporting DePuy Synthes operations. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining robust manufacturing processes that ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability. The position plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, enabling new product introductions, and supporting business growth within a regulated medical device environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of process engineers responsible for manufacturing process design, optimization, and sustainment. Establish and execute process engineering strategies aligned with business, quality, and operational objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity. Partner cross-functional with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, RD, and Operations to support production performance and new product introductions. Provide technical oversight for process validations, equipment qualifications, and change management activities. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable regulatory, quality system, and company requirements. Analyze process performance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Support capital projects, automation initiatives, and technology upgrades to improve operational capability.
