This Hybrid position will be located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Belgium; Cork, Ireland or Zuchwil, Switzerland. Johnson Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview The Project Manager, Engineering is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects that support manufacturing operations, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and enabling the successful delivery of engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure project alignment and execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership. Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and elevate as appropriate. Ensure projects comply with applicable quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with approved project objectives. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and engineering practices. Track project performance metrics and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
