Notre client est une étude de notaire à taille humaine située sur la Côte vaudoise. Job Description:
Vos responsabilités:
- Rédiger des actes et documents juridiques, notamment des contrats de mariage, testaments, pactes successoraux et diverses déclarations.
- Préparer et établir les inventaires fiscaux dans le cadre des successions, incluant la collecte et l'analyse de la documentation pertinente.
- Participer à la liquidation de successions et au partage des biens dans des contextes de décès ou de divorce.
- Assurer le suivi complet des dossiers et coordonner les échanges avec les clients, administrations et autres intervenants.
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques et apporter un soutien technique aux notaires sur des problématiques complexes
Votre profil:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor ou Master en droit suisse.
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire ou jeune juriste souhaitant se spécialiser dans le domaine notarial.
- Une expérience préalable au sein d'une étude de notaire constitue un réel atout.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, esprit d'analyse et sens des priorités.
- Personne autonome, rigoureuse, dotée d'une excellente jugeote et appréciant les responsabilités.
L'Etude prévoit un contexte transitoire, permettant une transmission complète des connaissances et des dossiers. Cette opportunité offre une réelle autonomie, un rôle central au sein de la structure et la possibilité de développer une expertise pointue dans des domaines juridiques variés et stimulants
