Verantwortung für den Aufbau, die Optimierung und Standardisierung von Accounting?Prozessen
Enge Zusammenarbeit und tägliche Abstimmung mit dem Shared Services Center zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
Analyse bestehender Prozesse, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzial und Implementierung nachhaltiger Lösungen
Aufbau klarer Strukturen, Dokumentation von Abläufen und Einführung von Best Practices
Schulung, Coaching und fachliche Unterstützung des lokalen Teams sowie SSC-Mitarbeitender
Sicherstellung reibungsloser Accounting Operations inkl. Qualitäts- und Terminüberwachung
Unterstützung in komplexen oder kritischen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen während Übergangs- oder Projektphasen.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von internen und externen Richtlinien.
Gestaltungsspielraum und Einfluss
Abwechslungsreiche, internationale Zusammenarbeit
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Weiterbildung (z. B. Fachausweis Finanz- & Rechnungswesen, Bachelor/Master, CPA/ACCA von Vorteil).
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finance/Accounting, davon idealerweise mehrere Jahre in einer senioren oder leitenden Funktion.
Fundierte Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Transition/Transformation, Shared Service Setups oder ähnlichen Strukturen.
Ausgeprägte Führungs?, Coaching? und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware SAP.
Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
