Assistant Director of Spa

Das Dolder Grand bietet den richtigen Rahmen für Menschen mit Sinn für Genuss, Exklusivität und Erholung: 175 luxuriöse Zimmer und Suiten, erlesene Gastronomie, ein Spa auf 4'000 Quadratmetern sowie grosszügige Event- und Seminarräumlichkeiten. Das ursprüngliche "Curhaus" von 1899 präsentiert sich als neues City Resort der Luxusklasse. Die erhöhte Lage zwischen pulsierender City und belebender Natur ermöglicht einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt Zürich, den See und die Alpen. Das Dolder Grand ist Mitglied bei The Leading Hotels of the World und Swiss Deluxe Hotels. Zudem verfügt das Dolder Grand über ein zertifiziertes Management System nach ISO 9001:2015 sowie ein Umweltmanagementsystem, welches nach den EarthCheck-Unternehmensstandards zertifiziert ist.

Anstellungsart: Vollzeit

Aufgaben
  • Stellvertretung Director of Spa inkl. Übernahme von Dutydiensten am Wochenende und am Abend
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetierung Spa sowie bei Spa Revenue Projekten
  • Weiterentwicklung und Steigerung der Dienstleistungsqualität und Gästezufriedenheit
  • Planung der Marketingaktivitäten mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Umsetzung und Mitgestaltung des gesamten Dienstleistungs- und Produkteangebotes
  • Selbständige Übernahme und Realisierung von Spa Projekten
Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Hotellerie
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Führungspositionen: Spa Management Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Offene und herzliche Gastgeberqualitäten sowie sehr hohe Gäste - und Serviceorientierung
  • Fähigkeit Menschen zielgerichtet zu führen und für unsere Vision zu begeistern
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Effizienz, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Freude am Projektmanagement
