- Supporto nella creazione dei piani di comunicazione istituzionali del Gruppo IBSA
- Creazione di contenuti e gestione della comunicazione online e offline, sia interna sia esterna
- Realizzazione e aggiornamento dei materiali e delle piattaforme di comunicazione istituzionale
- Collaborazione all’organizzazione di eventi e incontri
- Gestione delle attività PR del Gruppo IBSA
- Coordinamento di agenzie e partner esterni per specifiche attività di comunicazione
- Collaborazione e interfaccia con le varie funzioni aziendali per l’attivazione delle attività di comunicazione richieste
- Laurea/Master in comunicazione, materie umanistiche, scientifiche, economiche o affini.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in comunicazione, content creation, comunicazione digitale e PR, idealmente presso dipartimenti di comunicazione di aziende, associazioni o agenzie di comunicazione
- Esperienza nella pianificazione dei contenuti, nella creazione di contenuti per i social media, nelle strategie di storytelling e nel coordinamento di agenzie esterne/clienti
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di attività PR
- Conoscenza del funzionamento delle piattaforme social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
- Italiano obbligatorio, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (C1)
- Attitudine al lavoro in team, buona capacità organizzativa del lavoro personale e delle agenzie, dinamicità e flessibilità oraria
- Conoscenze base di fotografia e realizzazione di video
- Conoscenze SEO
- Buona padronanza del francese e/o del tedesco
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo dei CMS (content management systems)
