Für eine etablierte Beratungsgesellschaft suchen wir eine ambitionierte Persönlichkeit für den weiteren Ausbau des Bereichs Regulatory & Compliance. Du kennst die regulatorischen Herausforderungen des Schweizer Finanzmarkts, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest dich fachlich wie auch unternehmerisch weiterentwickeln? In dieser Position betreust du anspruchsvolle Mandate, arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Spezialisten zusammen und erhältst die Möglichkeit, schrittweise mehr Kunden-, Führungs- und Business-Development-Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung von Banken, FinTechs, Vermögensverwaltern und weiteren Finanzinstituten
- Leitung und Mitarbeit bei anspruchsvollen Regulatory- und Compliance-Mandaten
- Begleitung von Bewilligungsverfahren, aufsichtsrechtlichen Prüfungen und FINMA-Verfahren
- Analyse regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Ableitung konkreter Lösungen für Kunden
- Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Akquisition und Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsangebots
- Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungs- und Business-Development-Verantwortung
Dein Profil
- Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften einer Schweizer Hochschule
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finanzmarktregulierung, Compliance oder entsprechender Beratung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Schweizer Finanzmarktregulierungen wie FIDLEG, FINIG, GwG, KAG oder Bankenrecht
- Anwaltspatent, LL.M., CAS oder MAS von Vorteil
- Freude an Beratung, Kundenkontakt und unternehmerischen Themen
- Selbständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Überzeugendes Auftreten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
