Sales Executive (Italian & English Speaking)

Your PurposeAre you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences while driving exceptional sales performance? As a Cruise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence on board, ensuring our guests have the voyage of a lifetime. By inspiring, coaching, and leading our sales team, you’ll not only achieve outstanding sales results but also build lasting memories for our guests, encouraging them to embark on future journeys with us.
Your ImpactIn this dynamic role, your ability to set ambitious sales goals and execute strategies will directly influence our guests’ satisfaction and our business success. You’ll motivate and guide our sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed expectations. Proven experience as a Cruise Sales Manager on board or with another cruise line company.
Expertise in training, coaching, and directing sales teams to excel in meeting sales objectives.
Ability to analyze sales performance and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Minimum of three years in a sales-driven role with a customer care focus.
Your EssentialsWe’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:
Fluent in oral and written English.
Proficiency in at least two additional European languages (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, and French).
A passion for travel and a commitment to upholding our brand values of excellence and innovation.
