Koordiniere uns als Stellv. Front Office Manager (m/w/d)
Der erste Eindruck zählt, auch für unsere ROBINSON Gäste. Als Stellv. Front Office Manager (m/w/d) leitest du gemeinsam mit dem/der Front Office Manager/in die Rezeption im Club und bist gleichzeitig Organisationstalent, Motivator und Qualitätsmanager. Mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass es unseren Gästen von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise an nichts fehlt. Du hältst nicht nur die Fäden im Hintergrund zusammen, sondern bist gleichzeitig das strahlende Gesicht im Vordergrund.
Du solltest dein Ich und Folgendes mitbringen:
- Erfahrung an der Rezeption in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- Protel-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Landessprache
