Unsere Kunden sind hauptsächlich Küchen von Altersheimen, Kliniken oder Spitälern, grosse Catering-Ketten, Restaurants, Hotels und deren Zulieferer sowie gewerbliche oder Industriebetriebe.
Ihre Mission bei Ecobion
Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams suchen wir: Ein(-e) Auditor(-in) und Berater(-in) für Lebensmittelhygiene für die Deutschschweiz (Zürich, aber auch die ganze Deutschschweiz).Diese Position erfordert regelmässige Reisen innerhalb der Deutschschweiz, mit gelegentlichen Schulungen.
Ihre Aktivitäten
- Bewertung von Qualitätssystemen, Infrastrukturen, Arbeitsmethoden und sogar Betriebskonzepten,
- Proben entnehmen und die Ergebnisse der Analysen interpretieren
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer Korrekturmassnahmen,
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von HACCP-Systemen und Selbstkontrollkonzepten,
- Durchführung von Schulungen zur Lebensmittelsicherheit,
- Vorstellung der Dienstleistungen und Produkte der Ecobion AG,
- Installation und Support der digitalen HACCP-Lösung ePack Pro.
Ihr Profil
- Gute theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse der Lebensmitteltechnologie und/oder Lebensmitteltechniken,
- Gute praktische Erfahrung Bereich HACCP,
- Gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Lebensmittelgesetzgebung,
- Autonom, flexibel, organisiert und in der Lage, in einer Gruppe zu arbeiten,
- Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache mit mündlichen und schriftlichen gut kenntnissen in Französisch,
- Sehr guten menschlichen Kontakt,
- Führerschein Kat. B.
