Für unseren Kunden, ein international erfolgreiches Industrieunternehmen mit Hauptsitz im Raum Zürich, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Interim Head of Logistics (m/w/d) . In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Logistikorganisation eines modernen Produktionsstandortes und stellen einen reibungslosen, effizienten und sicheren Materialfluss sicher. Job Description:

Als Interim Head of Logistics (a) führen Sie die gesamte Logistikorganisation am Standort und verantworten die operative Leistungsfähigkeit in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Lagerhaltung, Kommissionierung und Versand. Dabei treiben Sie kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran und sorgen für höchste Standards hinsichtlich Qualität, Service und Kosten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Teamleitern und Mitarbeitenden
Sicherstellung einer effizienten Personal-, Ressourcen- und Schichtplanung
Verantwortung für Qualität, Liefertreue und Kosten der Logistikorganisation
Steuerung der Bereiche Wareneingang, Lager, Kommissionierung, Entsorgung und Versand
Sicherstellung einer hohen Bestandsgenauigkeit sowie Durchführung von Inventuren
Verantwortung für den sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb automatisierter Lager- und Intralogistiksysteme
Weiterentwicklung von Logistikprozessen im Sinne von Lean Management und Operational Excellence
Unterstützung bei Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsprojekten
Planung und Steuerung von Investitionen sowie Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich Logistik
Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von HSSE-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Anforderungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten

The Successful Applicant:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain oder Technik; eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachausweis, HF oder FH ist von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer produzierenden Industrie- oder Logistikorganisation
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung grösserer operativer Teams und mehrstufiger Führungsstrukturen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lager- und Logistikprozessen
Erfahrung in Lean Management, Continuous Improvement oder Operational Excellence
Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in den Modulen EWM, MM, SD oder PP
Erfahrung mit automatisierten Lager- und Fördersystemen von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement und Compliance
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
