nThe Sr. Digital Product Manager at Viking oversees the new account management initiative withing Vikings digital products, leading this large scale and cross product feature from concept through execution. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering intuitive, datau2011informed digital experiences and leverages AI tools to enhance decisionu2011making, prioritization, and operational efficiency.

nThis is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.

nJob Responsibilities:

nnProject Ownership:; nnDrive Marketings perspective on personalization and customer journeys - This role will take the lead and facilitate website personalization and recommendations implementations for all existing digital products and mobile app.; nLead large scale new initiatives from requirements, user stories and final delivery. ; nMake product decisions aligned with business goals and impact. ; nPartners with executives and stakeholders to define initiatives and translate them into an actionable roadmap. ; nManage product backlog and collaborate closely with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint execution.; n

nGuest Experience Enhancement:; nnPartner with UX/UI designers to ensure experience meets brand standards and usability expectations. ; nGather insights from call center, research team, and guests to drive platform enhancements.; nConduct competitive analysis and use AIu2011driven insights to identify opportunities for site improvement.; n

nCross-Functional Collaboration:; nnWork seamlessly with other digital website teams,IT, QA, scrum, marketing, compliance, customer service, and other teams to ensure timely, highu2011quality delivery. ; nAlign initiatives with the broader digital product ecosystem.; n

nReporting & Analytics:; nnUse analytics tools to monitor platform performance and user behavior. ; nPresent insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.; n

nReleases & Issue Management:; nnOversee releases to ensure smooth deployment to production. ; n Act with urgency to resolve production issues in collaboration with crossu2011functional teams.; n

nJob Requirements:

nnBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.; n5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably with a focus on customer-centric platforms or e-commerce.; nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve digital product performance.; nDeep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.; nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.; nAbility to manage shifting priorities in a fastu2011paced, deadline-driven environment.; n

nPreferred Qualifications:

nnExperience with Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.; n
