CREATIONS FUSALP
As a Sales Associate, your role is to create exceptional client experiences while actively contributing to the commercial success of the boutique.
- Welcome and advise a local and international clientele with professionalism and authenticity.
- Deliver a memorable luxury experience aligned with Fusalp's standards and values.
- Understand client needs and recommend products that best suit their lifestyle and expectations.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and boutique KPIs.
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and clienteling.
- Actively contribute to the development of the client database.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and presentation of the boutique.
- Support stock management, deliveries, inventories.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. What Will Help You Succeed :
- You have at least 5 years of sucess experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or another environment where customer experience is key.
- You enjoy selling and are motivated by achieving ambitious targets.
- You understand what excellent service looks like and naturally build trust with clients.
- You are reliable, proactive and willing to support the team wherever needed.
- You speak English (minimum B2). German is highly appreciated; French or Spanish are a plus.
- A permanent part-time contract (80%).
