Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für ein professionelles, individualisiertes Ankunfts- und Abreiseerlebnis unserer Gäste
- Vertretung des Managements während der Nacht, Sicherstellen der Sicherheit und Weiterleitung alle Informationen an die Tagschicht
- Entgegennahme und Prüfung sämtlicher Tagesabschlüsse aus den operativen Abteilungen, sowie Sicherstellen der korrekten Verbuchung
- Koordination zwischen Belldesk, Concierge und Front Desk zur Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit während des Aufenthaltes inklusive der Sicherstellung, dass alle Gästeanfragen und Präferenzen im Hotelsystem erfasst und an die zuständigen Abteilungen kommuniziert werden
- Koordination eines lösungsorientierten und fristgerechten Feedbackmanagements gegenüber allen Hotelgästen. Gewährleisten optimaler Sicherheit für Hotelgäste und Wahrung vollumfänglicher Diskretion
- First Responder
- Gastgewerbliche oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft
- Organisationsstark, selbständig, kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiert und der tägliche Kontakt zu unseren internationalen Gästen bereitet Ihnen Freude
- Empathie und ein hervorragendes Verständnis diverser Kulturen
- Gewandter Umgang mit der MS-Office Palette
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Sprachen sind von Vorteil
