What You Will Drive

• The Finance Technology Ecosystem: Define and drive the multi-horizon technology product roadmap for On’s global enterprise finance landscape-spanning our core ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) and adjacent platforms across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Invoice to Cash (I2C), Partner Payment & Risk, Tax Compliance, Treasury, and Strategic Analysis, along with the enterprise integrations tying them to supply chain and commerce.
  
• Collaborative Prioritization: Act as the Technology domain authority who drives disciplined prioritization and trade-off decisions in close alignment with Finance Business Owners-balancing quantifiable business value, compliance, user experience, system performance, and technical debt.
  
• Outcome-Obsessed Roadmaps: Shape roadmaps anchored in measurable business outcomes and cycle-time reductions, not just arbitrary feature release dates.
  
• Intelligent Innovation: Actively identify and shape in alignment with Finance Business Owners AI-assisted opportunities across financial workflows, transforming manual operations while maintaining strict auditability and financial controls.
  

Your Mission

• Deep Discovery: Spend real time embedded with finance, accounting, and operations teams globally-observing daily workflows, end-to-end friction, and month-end close pressures firsthand rather than simply collecting static requirements documents.
  
• Prioritization & Business Partnership: Partner closely with senior finance and technology leadership (including Business Owners, Engineering Managers, and Functional Leads) to establish clarity on what gets built, configured, automated, or deliberately left alone.
  
• Agile Backlog & Execution Excellence: Own and groom the technology product backlog; write sharp features, epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; and lead discovery and sprint refinement sessions with engineering and functional consultant teams for rapid, iterative delivery.
  
• Rapid Prototyping & AI Validation: Where applicable, leverage modern AI tools, low-code automation, or sandbox workflows to build rough proof-of-concepts, test assumptions, and clarify logic before committing full engineering build.
  
• Full-Lifecycle Delivery & Adoption: Steer the prioritization, planning, testing and go live cycles across D365 and connected cloud services. Stay with initiatives through deployment, training, and post-launch adoption to ensure promised value is realized.
  
• Enterprise Integration Standards: Champion architectural alignment and integration standards connecting finance, retail, wholesale (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), and supply chain systems.
  

Your story

• Proven Product Craft: You bring extensive hands-on product management experience (ideally 7+ years) shipping enterprise software and platforms that teams rely on daily, with a clear track record of delivering measurable operational and business impact.
  
• Finance & ERP Domain Strength: You bring deep expertise in enterprise finance processes (e.g., general ledger, reconciliation, tax, treasury, billing) and extensive experience navigating modern ERP ecosystems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Tier-1 equivalents like SAP S/4HANA or NetSuite).
  
• Genuinely AI-Forward: You think beyond basic prompt wrappers. You understand how to apply AI practically to finance workflows-grounded in evaluations, guardrails, human-in-the-loop validation, and cost-per-task economics-and you know when deterministic logic is the right answer.
  
• Omnichannel / Retail Experience: You understand the operational dynamics of B2B, B2C, retail, fashion, or apparel supply chains, enabling you to grasp how physical inventory, sales channels, and vendor flows impact finance systems.
  
• Cross-Functional Influence & Communication: You are passionate about stakeholder management and skilled at influencing without hierarchical authority, translating complex technical architectures into clear business narratives, and defending product decisions with data, risk assessments, and user insights.
  
• Technical & Architecture Fluency: You are comfortable discussing API integrations, data pipelines, cloud architecture, and release cycles with engineers and system architects.
