As the Senior Specialist, Marketing Inventory Management, you will join our GTM team in Zurich to lead marketing inventory operations at our primary local hub. You will ensure products and samples are accurate, fully tracked, and ready for every global activation, event, or production shoot.

You will improve and maintain the systems and standards that underpin inventory management across all Marketing functions. Working alongside our Studio Production, Events, Seeding, and Regional teams, you will establish complete visibility across the inventory lifecycle-from intake and cataloging to allocation and returns. You will ensure our location operates with maximum consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

In close partnership with the Senior Lead, Marketing Operations & GTM Readiness, you will align physical inventory timelines and operational handovers directly with key go-to-market milestones and cross-functional requirements.

Your Mission

• Operational Management: Own the operational management of the Zurich inventory location, improving and implementing scalable systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient inventory management.
  
• Single Source of Truth: Build and maintain a single source of truth for inventory, ensuring full visibility into location, status, availability, and forecasted needs while proactively monitoring deliveries and resolving discrepancies.
  
• Procurement and Readiness: Coordinate procurement and physical handover workflows in sync with the Senior Lead, Marketing Operations & GTM Readiness, ensuring products are timely and fully available for Commercial Briefings, e-com shoots, global campaigns, and seeding initiatives.
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, studio, and regional stakeholders to optimize allocation across concurrent initiatives, identifying potential conflicts and mitigating risks to production as well as with other functions within the organization that also handle samples and products.
  
• Inventory Lifecycle Quality: Oversee the end-to-end inventory lifecycle, managing everything from unboxing and cataloging upon receipt to tracking, sending or renting, prompt returns and cleaning, to ensure assets are prepared for future use.
  
• On-site presence & hands-on operations: Given the hands-on nature of physical inventory management, this role is expected to be based in the Zurich office 5 days a week spending most time in the Inventory location.
  

Your Story

• Typically we look for 3+ years of experience in sample/product operations, inventory management, or showroom operations, preferably across multi-location hubs.
  
• Experience in building or using inventory or asset management systems and translating operational needs into scalable processes.
  
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with the ability to interface seamlessly across GTM operations, supply chain and production teams.
  
• Operational mindset with strong organizational skills, identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Operational Balance: Comfortable with balancing process development and hands-on operational execution.
  
• Onsite Commitment: Requires full-time presence in our Zurich office (5 days/week), working directly out of our inventory facility to manage daily physical operations.
  
• Physical Operations: Involves hands-on tasks such as unboxing, organizing, and shipping inventory, as well as navigating multi-level storage spaces using available handling equipment (carts, ladders, dollies) during audits and peak handovers.
