Description du poste
- Réceptionner les marchandises, effectuer les contrôles selon les procédures en vigueur et assurer leur saisie dans SAP
- Préparer et traiter les commandes quotidiennes (marché suisse-international / 48h / prestataires externes) ainsi que les commandes Spare Parts
- S’occuper des entres-sorties de marchandises pour les départements internes
- Vérifier la conformité des produits avant leur expédition
- Préparer les commandes clients (picking, emballage, étiquetage et expédition)
- Réaliser les inventaires tournants hebdomadaires et contribuer à la fiabilité des stocks
- Effectuer l’ensachage de blisters dans le respect des délais impartis
- Participer à la permanence du service et assurer les remplacements au sein de l’équipe en cas d’absence
Profil
- Formation technique ou commerciale achevée, idéalement complétée par un CFC de gestionnaire en logistique, ou expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire.
Compétences requises
- Bonne dextérité manuelle, sens de l’organisation et polyvalence
- Intérêt marqué pour les activités logistiques et la gestion de stocks
- Bonne maîtrise des outils MS-Office : la connaissance de SAP et/ou Brisoft constitue un atout
- Personnalité ouverte, rigoureuse et orientée service, faisant preuve de flexibilité et d'un fort esprit d'équipe.
Langues
- Excellente maîtrise du français, l'allemand est un plus
