Sales Executive Aircraft Parts

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing Aircraft Parts Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, promoting aircraft spare parts and aviation products, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service within the aviation industry. This aligns closely with responsibilities seen in aircraft maintenance and modification sales organizations in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, brokers, and aviation customers.

Promote and sell aircraft spare parts, components, and aviation products.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.

Manage customer inquiries and provide timely commercial proposals.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain customer records and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer account updates.

Attend aviation exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 25 years of experience in aircraft parts sales, aviation sales, or aerospace.

Knowledge of commercial aircraft components and aviation terminology.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are an advantage.

Willingness to travel internationally.
