Associate Director Market Access Shockwave

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director for Market Access to lead reimbursement and access strategies for Circulatory Restorations technologies across Europe and international regions. The role combines strategic market access planning with business development to drive adoption and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead market access strategy development and execution across International region aligned with business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing strategy, contracting, and reimbursement models
- Identify and evaluate new market entry opportunities and growth expansion plans
- Oversee reimbursement submissions, health technology assessment evaluations, and outcomes research activities
- Engage with key stakeholders including payers, policy makers, and healthcare providers to advance access objectives
Requirements
- 8–10 years market access, reimbursement, or health economics experience; medical devices and cardiovascular preferred
- Strong business development and commercial acumen with ability to build financial business cases
- Knowledge of payer systems, reimbursement compliance, and health policy development
- Fluent English; additional European languages desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial modeling tools
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and real-world evidence generation
