Your mission

You shape how Legartis wins in the market:

• Make our products clearly differentiated and highly competitive - by developing and continuously sharpening positioning and messaging across our portfolio.

• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for launches, expansion, and adoption - from plan to impact.

• Find market opportunities others miss - deep knowledge of our ICP, competitive landscape, and buyer needs isn't just insight work, it's how you shape what we build and how we sell it.

• Arm every team to win - create the assets, narratives, and enablement materials that make Sales, Marketing, and CS more effective.

• Feed product strategy with market truth - bring customer and competitive intelligence back to the product team so we build what matters.

• Work across the company, not in a silo - you sit in Product, but your influence reaches Marketing, Sales, and leadership.

Your profile

• 4+ years in marketing, growth, product marketing, or product management at a SaaS company. Creativity matters more than a traditional background.

• Proven strategist:  demonstrated success creating and executing marketing strategies.

• Storyteller: you craft compelling materials about complex AI products for non-technical audiences.

• Clear communicator: exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong visual sensibility.

• Impact-driven: comfortable with experimentation and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data.

• AI-savvy:  crafty with AI tools and automations — you use them daily and keep exploring what's new.

• Fluent in  English and  German .

• Nice to have: previous experience in legal tech.

• You are warm, pragmatic, and naturally curious. You ask the right questions, communicate clearly, and have a bias toward action. You are a true team player who elevates the people around you.

Process

Our process is built on respect and transparency:

1. 30 min. interview with People & Operations Manager (cultural fit): Have a chat to get an understanding of Legartis and the role you are interested in. We in turn want to get to know you and your expectations of your next challenge. 
2. 20 min. interview with Head of Product (professional fit): Understand the professional requirements for this position better, as well as your future tasks and team setup. 

3. 1h interview with Product and Marketing teams (case study): To demonstrate your abilities, you have an in-depth interview with our product team. You showcase your abilities by presenting a real life use case in product marketing.

4. Additional interviews: Meet the team you would be working with and take the opportunity to pose any remaining questions. One meeting will be in our Zurich office to meet the team in person and get to know the work place. 

5. Decision is made: If we’re considering each other to be the right fit, you are welcomed by the Legartis team!
