Aufgaben
- Begleitung von jungen Menschen während des Studiums und Aktivitäten.
- Integration in ein Team und Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung.
- Vermittlung von Wissen in verschiedenen Sprachen, einschließlich Französisch und Englisch.
Fähigkeiten
- Studierende an der Universität, EPFL oder Haute Ecole in relevanten Fächern.
- Enthusiasmus und Geduld im Umgang mit Jugendlichen.
- Gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit.
Über den Job
Sie betreuen Jugendliche im Alter von 11 bis 18 Jahren: während des Studiums an mehreren Abenden pro Woche ab 18 Uhr sowie bei Sport- und Kulturaktivitäten am Wochenende.
Sie sind Student an einer Universität, der EPFL oder einer Haute Ecole in den Bereichen Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaft oder Literatur. Sie sind Muttersprachler in Französisch oder Englisch und beherrschen die andere Sprache gut. Russisch, Spanisch, Chinesisch, Japanisch oder Arabisch sind von Vorteil.
Begeistert, geduldig, verfügen Sie über natürliche Autorität und sind motiviert, Ihr Wissen an junge Menschen weiterzugeben.
Sie sind flexibel und integrieren sich dank Ihrer sozialen Kompetenzen leicht in ein Team.
Sie besitzen die Schweizer oder europäische Staatsangehörigkeit mit einer gültigen Arbeitserlaubnis. Sie haben ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis.
