Apprenti• e en Informatique (CFC Exploitation et Infrastructure)
Ce que tu vas apprendre Au cours de ta formation, tu développeras des compétences concrètes et professionnalisantes, notamment :- Support informatique aux utilisateurs (dépannage, gestion des incidents et demandes, support sur site et à distance)
- Installation, configuration et maintenance de postes de travail Windows et de périphériques
- Participation aux opérations liées aux environnements Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID et Azure
- Contribution à la gestion et à l'exploitation de serveurs (serveurs de fichiers, services d'infrastructure)
- Initiation aux infrastructures réseau et aux principes de connectivité et de sécurité
- Application des bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité informatique et de protection des données
- Participation aux mises à jour systèmes et logicielles
- Utilisation de processus structurés inspirés des méthodes ITIL (gestion des incidents, changements, documentation)
- Rédaction et mise à jour de documentation technique et de guides utilisateurs
- Participation à des projets IT internes et à l'amélioration continue des services
- Montée progressive en autonomie sur des tâches et standardisées
- Diplôme de fin de scolarité (niveau secondaire II)
- Intérêt confirmé pour l'informatique, les infrastructures et les environnements techniques professionnels
- Bon raisonnement logique et capacité d'analyse
- Motivation à s'investir dans une formation exigeante et structurée
- Attitude professionnelle, sens des responsabilités et rigueur
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer de manière claire et respectueuse
- Français courant et bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (environnement international)
- Une formation complète et encadrée au sein d'une équipe IT expérimentée
- Une exposition à des environnements techniques modernes (Microsoft, Azure, sécurité, exploitation IT)
- Un cadre de travail professionnel, structuré et orienté qualité de service
- Un accompagnement progressif favorisant l'autonomie et la montée en compétences
- Une base solide pour une carrière future dans l'informatique d'infrastructure et d'exploitation
