Intern - Histology Scientist

Labcorp seeks a Histology Scientist Intern to develop and optimize multiplex immunofluorescence workflows for clinical and translational research in Geneva. The five to six-month full-time role involves advancing assay capabilities, establishing quality control processes, and developing image processing solutions within a multidisciplinary histology team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and implement multiplex immunofluorescence workflows for clinical and translational research
- Advance high-plex assay capabilities and establish quality control processes for biomarker analysis
- Reduce imaging artifacts and develop image processing solutions for robust, reproducible results
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate progress with supervisors
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Life Sciences or Biology
- Master's degree enrollment in Life Sciences or Biology preferred
- Three months or more experience in image analysis preferred
- Intermediate French language proficiency; intermediate English preferred
- Interest in histology, image analysis, and programming
- Eligible for internship agreement with third party
Compensation: Paid internship
