Dans le cadre du développement du département Events & Sponsoring, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire orienté(e) communication pour accompagner la visibilité et le rayonnement de nos événements, avec une réelle perspective d’intégration à long terme pour les profils performants.
Description du posteVotre mission
Communication événementielle
- Accompagnement communicationnel des événements du groupe, de la préparation à la présence sur site jusqu’au suivi post-événement
- Création de newsletters, journeys et workflows sur HubSpot
- Mise en place et suivi des enquêtes de satisfaction
- Création des sites web dédiés aux événements
- Publication et mise à jour des événements sur l’Intranet
- Rédaction de whitepapers à l’issue des événements
- Élaboration de campagnes social media pour la promotion des événements et le recrutement de participants
- Présence sur site lors des événements pour la couverture communication (contenus, réseaux sociaux en direct, captation photo/vidéo)
SEO, contenu web & CMS
- Optimisation SEO du site internet, notamment révision des pages dédiées aux spécialités médicales, en collaboration et validation avec les médecins
- Rédaction d’articles de blog selon un plan éditorial, directement dans le CMS
(idéalement ProcessWire) - Gestion et mise à jour des données dans HubSpot (CRM)
Parcours patients
- Réflexion et développement de nouveaux parcours de communication pour les patients
(patient journeys) - Création des newsletters correspondantes
- Analyse des performances (engagement, visibilité, retours)
- Soutien administratif lié aux projets
Qualifications
Votre profil
- Formation en marketing, communication ou équivalent
- Intérêt marqué pour le digital, la gestion de projet et la communication événementielle
- Bonne compréhension des réseaux sociaux et des logiques de contenu
- Connaissances en marketing automation et CRM (idéalement HubSpot), ainsi qu’en SEO et gestion de CMS (idéalement ProcessWire)
- Capacité à produire des contenus simples, efficaces et de qualité
- Créatif(ve), structuré(e) et orienté(e) exécution
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et outils de création (Canva, Adobe ou équivalent)
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’allemand (écrit et oral), un réel atout pour le suivi des projets en Suisse alémanique
- Intérêt pour une évolution à moyen terme dans le domaine
Ce poste s’adresse à un profil capable d’évoluer dans un environnement exigeant, avec un rythme soutenu et des attentes élevées en termes de qualité et de réactivité.
