Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Events & Sponsoring suchen wir einen projektorientierten Praktikanten zur Unterstützung der Organisation unserer strategischen Veranstaltungen, mit echter langfristiger Integrationsperspektive für leistungsstarke Profile.
Stellenbeschreibung
Ihre Aufgabe
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Nachverfolgung der Veranstaltungen der Gruppe (medizinische Konferenzen, Corporate Events, Workshops und Seminare)
- Koordination mit den verschiedenen internen Abteilungen und Kliniken der Gruppe
- Operative Projektverfolgung (Planung, Listenverfolgung, Koordination der Dienstleister, Logistik)
- Vorbereitung der organisatorischen Unterlagen
- Mitarbeit bei der logistischen Umsetzung und Präsenz vor Ort während der Veranstaltungen
- Administrative Unterstützung im Zusammenhang mit den Projekten

Qualifikationen
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung an einer Handels-, Hotel-, Eventschule oder gleichwertig
- Hohe Ausführungsstärke und Prioritätensinn
- Gute Organisation und Genauigkeit bei der Aufgabenverfolgung
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig an operativen Aufgaben zu arbeiten
- Interesse an Projektmanagement und dynamischem Umfeld
- Kommerzielles Denken und Serviceorientierung
- Gute Stressresistenz
- Beherrschung der MS Office-Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (medizinische Seminare auf Englisch)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Interesse an einer mittelfristigen Entwicklung im Eventbereich
